We are with you through the entire job of planning, developing an Installation Validation Plan, and support during the Installation process. This is the ideal plan when you are purchasing or upgrading to a new system.

 
TechCenter®
The TechCenter is Cornerstone's most comprehensive Service offering with an extensive range of services. We can provide full outsourcing of a client's systems support function, supply systems programming backup, and offer technical assistance with our 24x7 Hotline.
 This is a truly customizable plan for the customer who has specific requirements that need to be met.
 

TechBackup®
An "insurance policy" that provides technical system support backup, for a predetermined, low monthly cost.
 You get reliable, skilled technical help when and where you need it for a preset number of hours. This is a backup plan to cover your systems and operations possible problems or shortages.

 
24 x7 Hotline
Cornerstone's Hotline is a unique offering that connects you to our phone-line support, especially effective during non-business hours when you may not be able to reach the Technician that you normally work with. You may call the Hotline 24 x 7, including weekends and holidays. We have over 45 senior technical members on the Cornerstone staff, that can be accessed through the Hotline.
 
Project Management
Project Management describes the organizational approach by which Cornerstone handles its Services. It also describes a Cornerstone employee, who as a Project Manager has varying responsibilities contingent on the needs of the client. Your Project Manager may be assigned to ensure that the entire job of planning, installation support and the turnover phase of your particular project is a success. Custom Engagements
You name the problem, we've got the plan and the technical people to make it happen. We can provide experienced and certified technicians to maintain your current operating systems or to migrate to a new one. We offer comprehensive CICS Transaction Server migration, installation and maintenance for z/OS and VSE.  
 
 

Assessments
These are offerings by Cornerstone to address the specific requirements of our clients. They range from developing a Business Continuity Plan, where we will work with you to develop a comprehensive plan in the event of a major systems outage, to an e-business assessment by our IBM Certified Specialists.
